i have been a British Gas customer for a number of years with both energy supplies and always had excellent service, because of this i took out there Homecare 400 this has been the best thing i have ever done as both my boiler broke down and my guttering collapsed they repaired them both with in hours i would recommend it to anyone who owns a house |

Just had a really pleasant young man come to look at my heating as it was making a terrible noise. He was very nice, explained everything to me in simple inderstandable terms and made some recommendations. Great peace of mind to know you can pick up the phone and have somebody there to help you so quickly. |

I think the biggest advantage is the peace of mind knowing that there is always a qualified and reliable engineer available on call in case of emergency. I took up the Homecare 100 plan which includes unlimited callouts and so far has proven to be as good as the adverts claim to be! |
