Like its competitors, Green Flag offers a range of packages to suit all drivers. At the lower 'Rescue' end, the Green Flag offering appears fairly similar to the AA and RAC's basic products. However, if you are looking for a premium product that offers features such as cover for onward travel (e.g. the AA's 'Relay Plus' or the RAC's 'Solution 4' package), you will not find such a comprehensive solution at Green Flag. I had been with Green Flag for a number of years, without having to use their breakdown services.
Then I had three breakdowns in a couple of months.
Each time the mechanics arrived within half an hour but on each occasion were unable to fix the problem as they had no diagnostic equipment with them.
My cover expires in June and I will definitely NOT be renewing it. |

I have been with green flag for a number of years, and every time they came out to me they could not help me, I found that the mechanics knew nothing about newer cars, and were unable to fix them, Green flag is still the cheapest breakdown, but not the best. |
