Customers will have the option of fixing their energy prices for 3 years or choosing the "Click Energy 5" option.

The company has over 5,500 CORGI registered engineers available 24 hours a day 7 days a week available under the British Gas Home Care scheme. There is no limit to the amount of times you call the British Gas engineer out, and the company will even schedule in regular boiler inspections. All parts and labour is included in the scheme so there really is no reason not to sign up to this great service.

    Review by Richard Cambridge - 16 February 2007 i have been a British Gas customer for a number of years with both energy supplies and always had excellent service, because of this i took out there Homecare 400 this has been the best thing i have ever done as both my boiler broke down and my guttering collapsed they repaired them both with in hours i would recommend it to anyone who owns a house |

I took up the Homecare 100 plan which includes unlimited callouts and so far has proven to be as good as the adverts claim to be! |
